Homes for Rent and Sale


 

Some of the homes we build are also available for rent.  Additionally, from time to time we have homes we have purchased and remodeled expressly as rentals.  Rents start at $750 per month and adjust based on length of stay and furnishings required by the tenant.  Homes displayed on this page are only those we have available that are not newly constructed homes (shown on the For Sale page).  We also own a large Villa, located just as you enter Pedasi from the North, in which we rent large rooms with en suite baths by the day, week or month.  These large family oriented rooms include AC, TV and a mini-fridge.  They also have use of the pool and large Rancho with complete cooking facilities.  Check out Casa Loma by clicking on the button to the right.
